Lolei Temple
Lolei Temple, or Prasat Lolei, is the northernmost temple of the Roluos Group at Angkor Archaeological Park, a World Heritage Site in Cambodia. It is an island temple in the middle of Baray Indratadaka, an artificial lake, possibly used for irrigating the surrounding area. The temple was consecrated in 893 by King Yasovarman I of the Khmer Empire in honor of his parents. Today all that remains is a central two-tiered pyramid with four of the planned six towers. These buildings have seen much deterioration, and are under restoration.
